Swing has every intention of processing your order as soon as possible. We make every attempt to ship within a 24 hour period from time of order. At most 3 business days.
Items are sent via USPS Priority mail or via FEDEX for an additional fee. International shipping is via FEDEX only.
Items purchased at full price via Swing's website swingshopping.com are gladly accepted for return. Items must be returned within 10 days of the item received date. A store credit for the cost of the item less shipping will be issued. No refunds. All items must have original tags/packaging/etc and be in new, unworn, unwashed, unused condition. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Return sender responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to return:
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of your intention to return the item. We will be sure to be on the look-out for it. Swing is not responsible for return items lost in transit, therefore we suggest you ship via a carrier with tracking capabilities. Please include a copy of your invoice with any return items so we may process them quickly.
Once items are received and processed a swingshopping.com store credit will be issued for the purchase amount less shipping. Credits are valid for 6 months from the date issued.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Swing is not able to accept returns purchased outside of the swingshopping.com store. Please contact the retailer directly.
